All our pottery is made to order so please allow 10 -14 days to receive your order once it is placed.

If you need your pottery sooner we do offer an express service which allows you to jump the queue and receive your item in 7 days.

Delivery charges are calculated at check out.

Our standard flat rate charge is £5 to anywhere in the UK

For international shipping rates vary and will be calculated at the checkout.

All our pottery is made to order so we regrettably do not except returns if you simply change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged then we will offer you a replacement on receipt of a photo of the damage.
