Is my pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our pottery is glazed earthenware and is dishwasher safe and microwave safe. The designs will neither fade or peel like decals. However we do recommend hand washing to preserve the life of your pottery.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes . Delivery overseas will be calculated at the checkout . Price depends on what world zone you live in set by Royal Mail.
What is your returns policy?
As all our pottery is made to order we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. However we want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase so if you are unhappy with your item we will happily do all we can to make it better.
If your item arrives damaged then please send a photo of the damage and a replacement will be made as soon as possible.
What are your delivery costs?
All our pottery is made to order so please allow 14-16 working days to receive your personalised item.For those who need their order in a hurry there is the option to receive it in 5 working days . Please select the express delivery service.
Delivery charges will be added on at the cart. You have the option of choosing from the following:
Standard UK shipping: £5 Royal Mail Tracked service
Express delivery (jump the queue): £40.00 if you are in a hurry for your item then don't despair . This service will guarantee delivery in 7 working days from ordering (excluding bank holidays).
Airmail to the USA and rest of the world: £30.00 .This is our standard US and worldwide delivery charge. This includes tracking and a signature is required on delivery.
Airmail to Europe: £15.00 .This is our standard airmail parcel post to Europe
