How long does it take to receive my pottery?
Your pottery takes time to make. It goes through three stages of production. The designing and painting and the glazing and the firing. We ask to allow 10-14 days to receive your order. If you do need something in a hurry we do offer an express service. You will jump the queue and receive your order in 5-7 days.
Is my pottery dishwasher safe?
All our pottery is dishwasher safe , however we do recommend hand washing to prolong it's life.
Is my pottery non-toxic for my pets and children?
Absolutely YES! All our paints and glazes are lead free and safe for pets and humans.
