Delivery and returns
We aim to delivery your items within 14-18 working days of the order being placed.
This can take a little longer at busy periods , particularly at Christmas time.
If you require your item sooner then you can email Chloe :

We will get back to you within 24 hours to say if this is possible.
If you need your item urgently you can take advantage of our express service. This incurs a surcharge of £20 and means you jump the queue and your order is prioritised . This includes using Royal Mail Special delivery and you will receive your item in 6 working days (excluding bank holidays).
Delivery costs are added on at the checkout.

returns
All our pottery is made to order so returns are not possible if you simply change your mind. When working on a commissioned order our artist works closely with our customers to ensure 100% satisfaction .
Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us so if you are not happy with your order we will do all we can to make things better.
Very occasionally our parcels are not treated with care once they leave the studio and in the rare occurrence of you receiving a broken or damaged item we will always offer a replacement or refund on receipt of a photo of the damage.
