How the process works

So you may be wondering how the whole process works. Let me explain:

• You choose your pottery, a plate, bowl , mug or jug.

• You purchase your pottery.

• You upload photos of the people or pets for the portrait by using the form on my contact page. 

• I will sketch out a design on paper then email you my ideas.

• This will give you an opportunity to make any changes or additions

• Once you approve my sketch I will start work on your chosen piece of pottery

• The whole process can take up to 14 working days . If you do need your pottery sooner then I offer an express service. Using this service will guarantee delivery within 7 working days
